To submit an order request for a custom item from our Bespoke Art Collection, please include the item code, the size/dimensions you would like the item to be made in, as well as the color you would like the item to be in the "message" section of the contact form. We will reach out via email in 48-72 hours with a price quote and invoice for the item(s) and instructions on how to make a payment and complete the order, as well as manufacturing time and shipping information. To submit a request for a Museum Antique replica, please contact us via email with photos of the item you would like replicated and item specifications (please see our FAQ page for more details on how to make a request like this). If you are ordering an item over 68kg, please attach the item code for the item you wish to purchase along with the shipping address, and we will contact you with an invoice and details on the shipping process, which is handled on a case-by-case basis.
